For the last three years, the Denver Broncos have partnered with Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver for the “Be a Champion in the Community” project. In April 2015, the two entities further solidified their ongoing collaboration through the formation of their new Champions Build Series. Over the last several months, the Broncos have sponsored six home-building events in the Denver area, including the recent CEO Build Day.
On October 15th, Denver Broncos CEO Joe Ellis joined 40 local C-level business executives for a morning building event at Sable Ridge Townhomes. Among the group of participants were CEOs from 10 of the Broncos’ public and private sponsor organizations. The day-long event benefitted Habitat for Humanity’s current development project, which aims to build 51 new homes for low-income families by the end of 2016.
